Log in to the dashboard, expand the “manage section” and open campaigns, click “create campaign”
1. Name: to easily identify the campaign
2. Now or scheduled
- Select here when the campaign should start.
3. Audience: users or visitors
- Choose whether you want to reach your users or visitors with the campaign
4. Insert filter (optional)
- Define criteria here that define your audience
- Here you have the possibility to create groups
5. Write a chat message
6. Start campaign or save as draft
