Wildcards are sections of your chat message that are overridden by individual user data.
- For example, if you insert the placeholder “name”, the name of the user will be written individually in each message matching the recipient
- If you want to address every user, but know that not everyone has entered their name, define a fallback > this could be for example: “Dear user”
