Under My Account –> Package Configuration you are able to set up your app packages to reflect the services you offer your customers.
The AppYourself reseller plans will be shown on this page by default. The prices shown on the screenshot above are only an example. You can set the prices for the respective app plans by yourself. You are free to delete or deactivate these packages and define your own plans. Please not that packages already assigned to an app cannot be deleted but it is possible to deactivate them so they will no longer be available. To modify existing packages, click on “Edit”. If you edit existing packages, the changes will only apply to apps assigned to these plans after the changes have been made. Apps that are already assigned to this package will not be affected. You can find a guide here on how to assign a package to an app.
The app packages are first and foremost meant for internal use and can only be accessed through the Reseller Center, unless you have integrated a self-checkout process for your customers.
To add a new package, click on “Add new plan”. Now you can add all the services the plan includes. Web app and/or native app, 5 or 30 Modules, including Shop/Product Catalogues – it’s up to you! The plan creation is divided into two parts: Description and plan configuration. The former is displayed to your customer, whereas the plan settings run in the background and combine the technical properties of the plan.
When you add a new plan, the default setting for the package is inactive. Don’t forget to activate the plan when you are all set!
The chosen color will be displayed as the background color of the Package Name.
When needed you can assign any chosen ID for the plan.
Here you can determine the minimum contract duration of your plan.
You can set up the plan in several languages, the languages DE and EN are activated by default. If you wish to only add the package descriptions in English, you can deactivate German by clicking on the “de” tab once.
Enter here the name of your plan.
Price / Billing Cycle
Please add here the price of the app per billing cycle, for example 100 EUR per month.
Here you can describe the plan freely, up to 200 characters are allowed.
Here you can use Icons and short texts to describe the services of your plan. When you add a new field, you must enter a text. However, you do not need to add an icon.
Add here the maximum amount of modules for your plan.
Shop Items (Catalogue Modules)
Add here the maximum amount of catalogue items for the app plan (affected modules: Shop, Product Catalogue, Price list, Branch Finder)
Active User Limit
Here you can set how many active users your plan will contain. The user limit you see in the screenshot above is also an example. You can determine this independently of the contract with us.
If the plan is to include a native app (iOS or Android app), please activate the corresponding platforms. If you wish to sell a web only app, deactivate the platforms.
Enable Submission Service
If you wish to submit the native app yourself to the stores (Self-Submission) please deactivate Submission Service.
Define here if the apps assigned to this plan should include your branding. You can define the design of your app branding in the Reseller Center under My Account –> White Label CMS –> Branding. The Branding will be shown in the footer of the app.
