1.) Registering for a Google Developer Account is considerably faster that registering with Apple. You will need a gmail account and a valid credit card.
2.) Create a gmail account and open the following link:
https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/
3.) Accept the agreement and proceed to payment.
4.) After entering your credit card details you can add the final details for the registration.
5.) You will then be redirected to the “Developer Dashboard”.
6.) If you want to use our submission service, you will have to send us an invite to your account and create an API Service Key. There will be a guide displayed in the dashboard when you order submission service for the first time.
