This is how you can cancel your app
You want to cancel an app? That’s a pity, but here you can find out how to cancel the app directly in the kit.
- Go to My Apps > All Apps > Select List View. Find the app in the list and click the Edit icon (
) to open the app properties. - In the first tab Details you will find information about your app (Contract start date, next billing date, billing amount)
- To cancel the app simply confirm the red button Cancel Plan
- You will receive confirmation of cancellation by e-mail
- If you wish to deactivate the app before the end of the contract period, please send an e-mail to resellersupport@appyourself.net
